Return Policy

At The Routine Club, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Dutch consumer law (Wet Koop op Afstand), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason. This applies to all products purchased through our website.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by emailing us at info@theroutineclub.nl within the 14-day period.


2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Be in the original packaging with all labels and protective seals intact.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, email confirmation, etc.).

Exceptions:
Certain products, such as opened skincare items, cannot be returned due to hygiene and health protection regulations. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights if the product is faulty or not as described.


3. Return Process

If you would like to return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@theroutineclub.nl with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Approval: We will review your request and provide instructions on where to send your return.
  3. Return Shipment: Once your return is approved, ship the item back to us. Please ensure it’s packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Within the Netherlands: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • Outside the Netherlands: Customers outside of the Netherlands are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments, so please ensure you use a reliable carrier.


5. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Partial Refunds may be granted under certain conditions:

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.

6. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at info@theroutineclub.nl for further assistance.


7. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of certain products, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used skincare products.
  • Gift cards.

This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is faulty or not as described.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the timeframe provided, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@theroutineclub.nl
