1. Shipping Costs

We offer shipping to a wide range of locations, and the cost of shipping will vary depending on your delivery location. Below is a breakdown of our shipping fees:

Netherlands:

  • Standard Shipping: €4.95 (Free for orders over €50)
  • Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days

Europe:

  • Standard Shipping: €9.95 (Free for orders over €100)
  • Estimated delivery time: 4-8 business days

International:

  • Standard Shipping: €19.95 (Free for orders over €150)
  • Estimated delivery time: 8-15 business days

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that during peak periods (such as holidays or promotional events), processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.


3. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on your location:

  • Netherlands: 2-3 business days
  • Europe: 4-8 business days
  • International: 8-15 business days

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your order online. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active.


5. Taxes, Duties, and Customs Fees

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and other local fees may apply, depending on the destination country. These charges are not included in the price of the product or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information.


6. Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed or has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us at info@theroutineclub.nl with your order number and tracking information, and we will assist in resolving the issue.


7. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, unclaimed packages, or refusal to pay duties and taxes, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.


8. Damaged or Lost Items

We take great care in packing your order securely, but if your package arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us immediately at info@theroutineclub.nl. Please include your order number and photos of the damage (if applicable). We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


9. Changes to Your Order

If you need to make changes to your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at info@theroutineclub.nl as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes.
